He is a 1979 graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos (Unilag), Akoka, Yaba and thereafter acquired an MBA in Marketing from the ESUT Business School, Enugu.

He had a career spanning twenty-nine (29) continuous years from 1980 to 2009 with the following three Nigerian and Multinational Companies during which he attended various Management and Senior Management training courses locally and internationally:

UAC of Nigeria Plc (Tractor & Equipment Division – Now MANTRAC Ltd.) from 1980 to 1989 in CATERPILLAR  and other heavy equipment Parts Sales and Inventory Management roles.

SCOA Nig. Plc (Scoatrac Division) from 1989 to 1992 as Spare Parts Manager for various Heavy Construction, Agricultural and Power Generation Equipment as well as Trucks.

JOHN HOLT Plc (Various  Divisions) from 1992 to 2009 in various Senior and General Management roles:

• Territorial Parts Manager (Allens Motors)
• Procurement & Distribution Manager (Technical Products & Leasing Services Division)
• Procurement & Distribution Manager (John Holt Distribution Division)
• General Manager (Fire Protection Business Unit – Angus & Rosenbauer franchises)
• General Manager (John Holt Engineering – FG Wilson Generators etc Sales & Service)
• General Manager & Senior Executive (John Holt Distribution – FMCGs Sales & Logistics)

He has been engaged in Consultancy and Training since 2010 to date running his own outfits in Supply Chain Management, Fire Safety and Emergency Management, Health & Safety (HSE) as well as General Management.

He is a Fellow of the institute and Member of its Governing Council.
